Improve performance on low ROI campaigns

Jenni Kayne was looking for a digital marketing agency to partner with and manage existing paid advertising channels. They had not experienced growth yet from existing paid marketing channels and were not seeing the performance they would like. Our challenge was to grow Jenni Kayne’s Ecommerce revenue and transactions.

What We Did?

At the time, Jenni Kayne had previously only been running Google Ads and a retargeting network. The Visible Factors team recommended adding Facebook Advertising into the mix to expand audiences and increase visibility. Through our process, we came up with a new Google AdWords and Shopping plan and approach, cleaned up the retargeting channel that didn’t have good ROI, and built out a Facebook Ads strategy that launched one month after we began our partnership.

The Results

When we took over ads management in August 2017, return from customer acquisition campaigns was ~4x and within 9 months of working together, we were table to generate 11x Return On Ad Spend (ROAS). During this time, our team grew the transactions and revenue from online advertising by 300%.
Our team put together a roadmap and plan for growing Ecommerce revenue by 5x through these channels because of the success that was seen through our engagement.
