While at SXSW, Chris Winfield and I had our presentation on “Social media marketing for your business.” My biggest focus for the presentation was to help people realize the power of creating a plan, setting goals, and executing them. Even though the session was meant to look beyond Facebook and Twitter, I couldn’t ignore the increases in branding and engagement that I’ve seen.
